Governance Committee

The Governance Committee reviews, recommends and develops Policy and Governance for both the internal governance policy issues as well as those for the profession of Paramedicine.  The committee by way of the Director will work with the entire board to determine direction for professional self-regulation, and to action the strategic and business plan to achieve this goal. The Director with support of the committee will provide guidance on legislation and  government policy to the board, President and Executive Director to knowledgeably liaise with staff and agencies in establishing Paramedicine as a self-regulated profession under the Health Professions Act of BC.
