The Director of Clinical Practice works closely with the Paramedic Practice Representatives to bring forth the clinical vision and advancements of front-line practitioners. This role is integral to setting the research and education agenda in concert with the prescribed Directors. The Director of Clinical Practice with the team of representatives will translate clinical practice knowledge derived from evidence and research to bring forth recommendation and position papers on clinical practice issues to drive change in the profession, the scope of practice and level of care provided and needed to best meet the needs of the patients we serve.
The Director and representative team will be on the forefront of searching for and evaluating emerging trends, equipment and procedures for recommendation to service providers and areas that require further investigation and research to the Director of Research Programs.
