Content Management Intern

Location: In-person at Maia Plastic Surgery
Job Type: Part-time (20-35 hours per week, flexible)
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour (depending on experience)

About Us

Maia Plastic Surgery is dedicated to providing top-tier aesthetic treatments with a focus on patient care and innovative techniques. We are looking for a Content Management Intern to assist with organizing patient galleries, managing digital content, and supporting our online presence. This role is perfect for someone interested in medical aesthetics, digital marketing, and social media.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with organizing and managing patient photos and digital content.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance for content usage.
• Help update website content with SEO-friendly descriptions.
• Support the team in maintaining before-and-after galleries.
• Assist the marketing team with Instagram Stories and gathering social media content.
• Help with packaging and shipping skincare orders.
• Be willing to assist in the clinic as needed.

Who You Are

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Passionate about aesthetics, digital content, and social media.
• Familiar with Canva or other design tools (a plus).
• Interested in SEO and content management (experience is a bonus, but not required).
• Comfortable working in a clinical setting when needed.
• Excited to learn and grow in a medical aesthetics environment.
