Transport Distribution Company (TDC) is a family-oriented, 136-truck Regional dry van carrier based in Joplin, MO. Benefits:

• Home Time Options:
  • 5.5 Days Out / 1.5 Days Off: Average 2000-2200 miles per week
  • 7 Days Out / 2 Days Off: Average 2200-2600 miles per week
    
• Flexible Routing: Operate primarily within an 800-mile radius of Joplin, MO, with optional longer runs to CA, GA, FL, OH, and PA for those who prefer weekend work.
• Drop & Hook: 50% of loads
• No-Touch Freight: 100% no-touch freight, with extra pay for voluntary tailgate/assist loads
• Paid Practical Miles: Get paid for all miles driven, both empty and loaded
• Paid Orientation: $250, paid on the 1st Friday after the first dispatch
• Transition Pay: $250 for drivers who elect to stay out at least 7 days
• Fuel Bonus: Earn after every 18,000 miles
• Quarterly Production/Safety Bonus: Up to $0.01 CPM for drivers averaging 2000+ miles/week
• Referral Bonus: Earn up to $1000 for driver referrals
• Holiday Pay: $150/day for six holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas)
• Detention Pay: $12/hour after 2 hours
• Vacation: $150/Day
  • 5 Days after 1 year ($750)
  • 1 Additional day per year up to 10 days per year
• Layover/Breakdown Pay: $125/day after 24 hours
• *Extra Stop Pay: $20/stop, excluding first pickup and final delivery

Pay Program:

CPM Based on Verified Experience:

• 36+ months: $0.57 CPM Base
• 24-35 months: $0.53 CPM Base
• 6-23 months: $0.50 CPM Base
• Per-Diem Pay:
  • $0.495 + $0.075 = $0.57
  • $0.455 + $0.075 = $0.53
  • $0.425 + $0.075 = $0.50
  • $0.005 CPM increase every 100,000 Miles
  • $0.66 CPM Pay Cap

Mileage Increase:

• $0.005 CPM increase every 100,000 miles, capped at $0.66 CPM

WEEKLY Bonus Programs:

• Qualifying drivers are eligible for up to $0.07 CPM
• Minimum Qualifications
  • No Preventable Accidents
  • No Violations or Citations
  • No Chargeable Service Failure
• Weekly Mileage Qualifiers
  • 2,000 and above $0.03 CPM
  • 2,500 and above $0.05 CPM
  • 3,000 and above $0.07 CPM
• Payment
  • Paid the following week of qualification - same week as weekly miles are for that period.
