Brand Ambassador and Connector – Real Producers (DC/NOVA Region)

Location: This is a remote position with travel to events as needed. Must be within a 2-hour drive of DC/Northern Virginia (for local event attendance)

Position Type: Full-Time (35-40 hours per week)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic, outgoing, and organized Event & Community Coordinator to help execute and enhance the success of our Real Producers network in the DC/NOVA region. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on making connections, planning events, and ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes.

You’ll be the right-hand person for our leadership team, running events, handling logistics, and maintaining strong relationships with our real estate partners. If you love engaging with people, handling event details, and bringing energy to a growing organization, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:Event Planning & Execution

  • Coordinate and assist with all events, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Call venues, secure food and beverages, and confirm logistics ahead of time.
  • Boost attendance through outreach calls, emails, and reminders.
  • Manage on-site event logistics, including set-up, registration, and break-down.
  • Be the go-to problem solver —run for last-minute items like ice or extra beverages.
  • Curate post-event content —select and organize event photos and videos for marketing.

Agent & Partner Relationship Management

  • Conduct 16+ agent meetings per month for the DC/NOVA region.
  • Assist with partner onboardings and check-in calls (2-3x per year) with 100+ partners.
  • Handle welcome calls for new members of our real estate community.
  • Support the Annual Distribution & RP Badge Program (January):
  • Coordinate bulk email distribution of Top 500 badges to real estate agents and partners.
  • Make calls to all new Top 500 agents (~150 calls).

Administrative & Growth-Oriented Tasks

  • Review magazine drafts for DC/NOVA for minor edits.
  • Maintain clear and efficient communication with sponsors, attendees, and team members.
  • Learn the basics of sponsorship training for potential career growth.
  • Potential to expand into other territories, travel for events, and run smaller events independently.
