We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we are looking for a  Bank Teller to work for a bank known for its strong focus on community banking and its commitment to fostering local economic growth. Additionally, the company offers opportunities for career development in a dynamic, customer-centric environment. The Bank Teller is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Assisting customers with inquiries and requests regarding their current accounts.
• Taking responsibility for the overall branch customer experience by helping clients with deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, transfers, issuing bank checks, performing cash advances, processing loan advances and
  payments, cashing savings bonds, and handling any other customer transactions as needed.
• Processing all types of new account transactions, cross-selling the bank's products and services, and striving to meet or exceed branch goals.
• Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying cross-sales opportunities.
• Educating customers about alternative service channels.
• Performing daily tasks such as check scanning, vault settlement, ATM settlement, night drop deposits, and assisting with opening and closing branch procedures as necessary.

Specific qualifications for the position include : 

• 1 year of experience working as a Bank Teller.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills.

Pay Rate Range : $20.00 - $21.29 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
