The Warehouse Associate will work with Vendors & the Sales Department concerning Customer Claims via email, process Credits & Rebill Invoices in EPDS, and Process Orders & Paperwork in EPDS for Shipments. They will process incoming Resale & Value Added parts for Stock or Scrap and return conforming product to stock or customers. This individual will also investigate undeliverable product returned by UPS/FedEx/DHL and assist with other duties as assigned
