Job Summary:

This part-time role is ideal for a proactive and driven individual who enjoys problem-solving, data analysis, and working in a fast-paced environment. As a Supply Chain Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in organizing and analyzing supplier data, managing part classification, and supporting procurement functions. This is a great opportunity for students pursuing a degree in business, economics, supply chain management, or a related field to gain real-world experience. The role requires onsite work, with the potential to transition into a full-time summer opportunity.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Consolidating part quotes and assisting in vendor comparison analysis.
• Developing part item master data and ensuring accurate classification within internal systems.
• Classifying part commodities and maintaining supply chain documentation.
• Reviewing and updating the banned vendor list to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Utilizing Excel and other tools to support data organization and analysis for supply chain operations.

Here’s what our ideal candidate has:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (experience with formulas, sorting/filtering, and data entry).
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in completing assigned tasks.
• Interest in supply chain management, procurement, or business operations.
• Current college student or recent graduate in Economics, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (internship experience is a plus).
