Join our dynamic retail team as a Store Manager in Dallas, TX, where you will oversee the daily operations of a local shopping center store. In this leadership role, you will manage a dedicated team of associates, drive sales, and foster strong community connections to ensure the store's success and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 3 full-time and 1 part-time associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed store targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships within the local community to drive repeat visits and attract new clientele.
• Host and participate in community events to enhance the store’s presence and engagement.
• Set an example with a “lead-from-the-floor” mentality, demonstrating strong sales techniques and customer service.
• Attract, develop, and retain top talent to ensure team longevity and stability.
• Ensure the store operates smoothly in a shopping center with lower foot traffic by optimizing store layout and promotions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a retail leader, preferably combining large brand retail and entrepreneurial, community-focused retail experience.
• Strong local connections and a community-oriented mindset with the ability to build and sustain relationships.
• Excellent sales leadership skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to lead by example and inspire team members to perform at their best.
