We are looking for a Public Relations and Communications Assistant to join our growing team. Our company uses a customer-focused, results-driven approach to increase product exposure, sales, and brand recognition for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with projects assigned by the Marketing Manager
• Work with the Marketing Manager to integrate PR campaigns with customer promotions
• Help coordinate in-store service events and ensure smooth operations
• Build relationships with customers and communicate promotional services
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on PR campaign measurement strategies
• Develop promotional materials and visual merchandising
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and event personnel
• Track event traffic, production, and inventory
• Identify new opportunities for improvement and efficiency
• Potential for senior campaign management roles based on performance

Requirements:

• College degree or currently pursuing one is preferred
• 0-2 years' experience in public relations, communications, marketing, sales, or related internships

• Problem solver with a professional, service-oriented attitude
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of PR, communications, marketing, and sales concepts
