Overview The Content team within Adobe Express is seeking a Principal Product Manager with established expertise in search and content to define, build, and execute on a strategy to offer a best-in-class search experience. You'll be responsible for how users discover content in our cross-platform product, ranging from traditional search to hyper-personalized guidance to genAI recommendations. The right candidate is ready to geek out on metadata and content tagging, passionately raise the bar on quality of search results, and cheerfully debate what personalization really means. The ideal candidate is a seasoned product management leader with experience building intelligent and intuitive search experiences. They excel at stakeholder management and enjoy collaborating with many teams and functions. They can think at a systems level, and also like getting in the weeds to understand a complex problem and make data-driven decisions with their team. They foster an inclusive, candid, and respectful culture. They bring their genuine selves to work and know how to have fun while working hard. What you'll do Define the future of how traditional search and generative AI prompts come together. Own search outcomes for content-specific workflows, while also representing broader search needs across the product with many stakeholders. Be responsible for quality and performance of search results across geographies, audience segments, and content types. Innovate on ways to offer practical AI that "just works" through personalization, recommendations, and intuitive workflows. Ideate on mechanisms to understand what a user needs, and how to present the right content for them in as few steps as possible. Shepherd features across the finish line to ship incremental value, learn in-market, and iterate to ensure users discover our amazing content. What you'll need to succeed 6+ years of product management experience, but relevant experience is more important than the exact number of years. Inherently collaborative and positive, with a strong sense of ownership and empathy. Well-versed in technical subject matters, such as content metadata, search ranking, indexing. Excellent written and interpersonal skills - equally able to talk to engineers, designers, senior executives, and users. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and work sustainably.
