We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pressure Washer Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality pressure washing services for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Operate pressure washing equipment safely and effectively to clean various surfaces, including roofs, gutter, pool decks, lanai’s, driveways, sidewalks, paver sealer, windows , and building exteriors.
• Prepare surfaces for cleaning by removing obstacles and debris.
• Apply appropriate cleaning solutions and techniques based on the type of surface being cleaned.
• Inspect work areas before and after cleaning to ensure thoroughness and quality of service.
• Maintain equipment by performing routine checks and reporting any malfunctions or needed repairs.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Skills

• Experience in pressure washing or related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality results.
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance is a plus.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy equipment when necessary.
