LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a company local to Blue Bell, PA. This will be a temporary position expected to last 3 months. This position will be fully onsite Monday- Friday. 

Position Duration: 3 months, full-time in Blue Bell, PA

Role: Payment Posting 
Location: Blue Bell, PA 
Salary : $19-$23/hr. 

Responsibilities:

• Handle and report on credit card disputes and activity, including contacting customers to resolve disputes and updating records in NetSuite.
• Report monthly on the types of disputes and their resolutions.
• Download daily credit card activity from websites for all entities.
• Support Accounts Payable with weekly payment processing.
• Apply incoming check and ACH payments to Accounts Receivable.
• Perform filing, scanning, document archiving, volume mailing, and other clerical tasks to support the finance and accounting team.
• Assist with other projects as needed.

Skills & Knowledge:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and interact with various departments throughout the organization.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour
