14 Prime is a new upscale steakhouse soon to be known for its exquisite culinary experiences and exceptional service. We pride ourselves on our innovative menu, beautiful ambiance, and commitment to excellence. We are seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef to join our team and elevate our dessert offerings!

As a Fine Dining Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing a variety of sophisticated desserts that complement our high-end menu. You will work closely with our Executive Chef and culinary team to develop innovative and visually stunning pastries and desserts that delight our guests. Your creativity, attention to detail, and dedication to quality will be essential in launching our new restaurant and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create a diverse range of desserts, pastries, and baked goods.
• Develop new dessert recipes and continuously innovate to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
• Ensure all desserts are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Oversee the daily operations of the pastry team, including inventory management and ordering supplies.
• Train and mentor junior pastry staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless integration of desserts with the overall menu.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional training in pastry arts.
• Strong creative and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for culinary excellence and a commitment to continuous learning.
