Olympic Sports & Spine (OSS) is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for Work Rehabilitation at our new Parkland clinic. No prior experience is required, as OSS provides training. The OT will deliver direct patient care for injured workers, conduct evaluations, review job analyses, and create individualized treatment plans in collaboration with Physical Therapists. Responsibilities include performing Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs), with training provided. New graduates are encouraged to apply. OSS offers a supportive work environment, mentorship, and continuing education opportunities. Minimum qualifications include a degree in Occupational Therapy and a current Washington State OT license.
