Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide confidential and administrative support for the Japan Staff Department to help ensure department efficiency. Will also maintain strict confidentiality in the performance of all related activities.

Manufacturing experience a plus.

Responsibilities:

Attend and translate meetings to help facilitate effective conversations between Japanese speaking and English speaking supporters, take notes, and recap meetings as needed

Write department level communication on behalf of the plant manager in both English and Japanese

Calendar management (internal and external meetings)

Time prioritization

Supports Japan Staff department in highly confidential matters

Able to prepare written communications and presentations in both, Japanese and English, to internal and external customers, auditors, stakeholders and team members

Knowledge, Skills, AND Abilities:

Ability to communicate fluently in a clear and effective manner (written and verbally) in both English and Japanese

Must have strong verbal and written business communication skills

Expert ability in staying organized with strong attention to recording and recalling details

Proficient in Google and Microsoft programs

Pay: $65-75k DOE
