Job Description

In partnership with our client, a tier 1 supplier to the automotive industry, ResourceTek is seeking multiple Japanese Translators to join their team in Huntsville, AL. These are long term, multi-year contract opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS

• Manufacturing experience required, automotive industry preferred.
• Must have good written and verbal English and Japanese language communication skills (read, write, and speak) and proven ability to translate.
• Must be detail-oriented, attentive and be proficient with computers, email, copiers, etc.
• Work with managers needing translation services
• Attend meetings and provide oral translation
• Assist with translation of documents as needed
• Support the Japanese associates by providing translation and interpretation ensuring the meaning
• Compose and translate emails, reports
• Explaining the thought in target language while simultaneously listening to next statement, or, taking notes for consecutive translation
• Translate documents from English to Japanese and vice-versa
• Provide administrative support, translating and creating emails and reports
