Job Description
We are looking for a Japanese Mathematics Teacher for an International School based in Shanghai. This
is a full-time position starting from August 2024 academic year. Job responsibilities
Teach mathematics subjects to high students utilizing the Japanese curriculum and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring
techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report
comments
Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators,
actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's
curriculum
Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide
targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
Provide clear and constructive feedback to
students and their parents and caregivers
Develop supportive and safe learning environments
20 classes per week
Requirements
Master’s degree or above in the relevant subject
of teaching
At least 2 years’ related teaching experience
Japanese curriculum experience essential
Teaching certificate
Previous experience teaching Chinese students an
advantage
Fluent in Japanese (N1)
