GoLang Lead Developer job at Saxon Global Plano, TX, US

Job Description

Role: Lead Golang Developer Location: Hybrid (Plano, TX) Duration: 1 year open-ended Contract Must Have: Golang MongoDB AWS Resources need to have experience with MongoDB, GoLang, and AWS (AWS services used are Docker, Lambda, Ec2 and AWS Batch) This team supports the backend of EV solutions. Will be working on vehicle integrations and Charging Station integrations. Some uplifting of their current platform. Backend systems used: MongoDB, Postgres.

Team handles backend for profile service and vehicle interface (User Profile Team - profile settings manager in cars)
Team is part of the vehicle registration process (settings for head unit)
Cross function with multiple teams
Switching to Global and rewriting entire base (currently just covers North America, now a Global initiative - going to Europe and Australia) - internal engineering is determining how to make it work and how to expand, need to meet new expectations, have a lot of functionality and know how but need to break apart and make more dynamic and expandable, most testing is in North America before it goes live
MongoDB heavy (MongoDB already built so is a nice to have/preferred)
