Director of Audiology

Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Director of Audiology to lead and oversee the operations of our three audiology clinics located in Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Norman . This role is ideal for an experienced audiologist who is passionate about clinical excellence, leadership, and driving strategic growth. The Director will balance 40% managerial responsibilities with 60% clinical work, ensuring that our patients receive outstanding care while also fostering a high-performing team.
What You’ll Do:
Provide leadership and direction for audiology services across the OKC, Tulsa, and Norman clinics .
Supervise and mentor a team of audiologists to ensure clinical excellence and adherence to best practices.
Manage clinic operations, including workflow optimization, patient experience, and quality assurance.
Perform comprehensive diagnostic audiologic evaluations and tinnitus assessments.
Conduct hearing aid fittings, verification, and validation using evidence-based practices.
Offer patient-centered counseling and education to empower individuals and families.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to expand clinic reach and enhance patient care.
Represent Hearts for Hearing in community events, professional networks, and outreach efforts.
Pay and Benefits:
This position offers a competitive base salary between $130,000 - $140,000 plus commission , recognizing your leadership and dedication to patient care. Hearts for Hearing also provides a comprehensive benefits package, including:
