BCforward is currently seeking highly motivated Laptop Repair Technician in Portsmouth, NH

Position Title:  Laptop Repair Technician

Location:  Portsmouth, NH

Anticipated Start Date:  Tentative start Date 02/24/2025

Expected Duration: 24+ Months Contract with possibilities for extension

Job Type: Contract: 40hr/ week

Pay Range: $23/hr to $26/hr on W2
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Description:

Portsmouth, NH / Laptop Depot Repair Technician(s) Monday -Friday 8am to 5pm

Break/Fix Laptops, desktops, and printers. NO Server break fix.

8 am to 5 PM (Monday – Friday)

Mostly laptop repair, and break fix. Maybe some light helpdesk

Interview process: 1 onsite interview

Responsible for Laptop repair in HP's Depot Repair program.

• Provide monitoring, acceptance, ownership and closure of calls in "Customer" call ticketing system & Hp system

• Diagnose/verify failures using supplied software tools and utilities.

• Provide part requests to facilitate repairs.

• Responsible for monthly service call reporting.

• May also be required to backup/assist in hp PMO.

• Maintain and adhere to pre-defined SLA's as directed by existing contract between Customer and HP.
