About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Diversity Officer to lead and direct its diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace and ensuring that DEIA principles are integrated into the organization's policies, program development, employee lifecycle, and service delivery. This role involves strategic planning, data analysis, and managerial skills, with a preference for candidates who have experience in a government or public sector environment. The Chief Diversity Officer will also collaborate with various stakeholders, including the State's Chief Diversity Officer and the Department of Civil Service, to meet statewide diversity objectives. Applicants for the Chief Diversity Officer position at the company should have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years' experience in DEIA leadership. The role requires the ability to work collaboratively and act as a liaison with the New York State Olmstead Director.
