Trillium Professional is now seeking Cable Technicians for work in Austin, TX!


Cable Technician to set up and organize server rooms. As a cable puller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and secure installation of network cables, power lines, and other essential infrastructure within server rooms. This position requires a strong understanding of cable management, industry standards, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.


Responsibilities include:
Cable Installation:
-Efficiently pull and route data cables, power lines, and other relevant infrastructure in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
-Ensure proper cable organization and labeling for ease of maintenance and troubleshooting.


Quality Assurance:
-Conduct thorough testing and quality checks on installed cables to ensure optimal performance and adherence to industry standards.
-Troubleshoot and resolve any connectivity issues or cable defects.
Documentation:
-Maintain accurate records of cable layouts, connections, and any modifications made during the installation process.
-Provide detailed documentation for completed projects.


Safety and Compliance:
-Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
-Stay updated on industry regulations and standards related to cable installation and server room setup.

Requirements:
-Need to be able to work required shifts.
-Need to have own hard hat, boots, and basic tools.
-Proven experience as a cable puller or similar role in networking infrastructure setup.
-Must have 2 years of Fiber Optic cabling experience
