Monticello, Mississippi, is an hour South of Jackson, MS, and an hour Northwest of Hattiesburg, MS. What You Will Do Manage Asset Strategy Development, Optimization, & Execution. Time-Based vs Condition-Based Asset Approach Establishment & Optimization. AssetSuite Infrastructure (Model WOs, CATIDs, BOMs, Min/Max Spare Part Quantities). Asset Upgrades to Improve Asset Resiliency & Cost Reduction. Asset Criticality Rankings. Loss Accounting & Gap Potential Efforts (Continuous Improvement). Siteview & Asset360 Alerts through the Reliability Team. QAQC & QOW Efforts. Equipment Benchmarking. Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Discipline. PM & OBC Strategy & Execution. KCF/SKF Sensors Needs. Post Outage Critiques. Contribute to Asset Maintenance Work Process Prioritization. T-Minus Outage Planning & Execution. Equipment troubleshooting. Best Practices Adherence. Technical support on both capital and non-capital projects. Vibrational Analysis of Critical Assets. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Two or more years in a manufacturing environment. Bachelor's Degree or higher in engineering or related technical field. Experience using Microsoft Office software and computer-based maintenance management systems (CMMS). Experience collecting, assembling, and analyzing data. What Will Put You Ahead Two or more years of reliability or maintenance experience. Two or more years in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment. Experience within a paper/pulp manufacturing operation. Experience using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies.
