ERP SAVVY is seeking an experienced Agile Coach with 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying ways Agility can benefit non-IT organizations and coaching Agile mindset and practices to these organizations to enable transparency, collaboration, and better decision-making.

• Identifying Agility Benefits : Identify ways Agility can benefit non-IT organizations and coach Agile mindset and practices to these organizations to enable transparency, collaboration, and better decision-making.
• Enterprise Coaching : Provide enterprise coaching, helping organizations navigate how they are going to win and work through trade-off decisions.
• Non-IT Agile Coaching : Apply Agile principles to non-IT settings, such as R&D, leveraging experience in Agile coaching outside of IT.

• Strategic Navigation : Help organizations and programs navigate how they're going to win, and work through the trade-offs that come from those decisions.
• Agile Transformation : Focus on Agile Transformation design, planning, and execution.
• Coaching and Mentoring : Effectively coach, consult, mentor, teach, facilitate, and inspire organizational change.
• Transformation Roadmap : Design a unique transformation roadmap and identify the most effective levers within the organization.
• Management Coaching : Coach management on agility, with experience in coaching Agility in a non-IT environment.
• Consulting : Work as a consultant in projects and transformations, providing various ideas, suggestions, and strategies related to Agile.
• Facilitation : Act as a facilitator to enable groups to work cooperatively and effectively.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Encourage buy-in from key stakeholders.
